Train in fasciatherapy
Training the massage therapist of tomorrow.
Our approach goes beyond the physical, integrating emotional, mental, aesthetic and social well-being to offer lasting balance to your patients and clients.
The Institute
From the outset, the Institut Takumi Finch training school has been committed to offering a detailed understanding of Japanese therapies. We specialise in the face, the true mirror of our emotions and health. This approach has enabled us to create a precise and effective facial treatment method.
Today, by adding the fasciatherapy approach, we’re going even further. As well as working on bodily tensions, we are introducing an essential dimension: emotional release and calming the mental burden, all using the science of touch.
What sets us apart is our commitment to scientific research. We are seeking to define what therapeutic wellness could be. The institute is working with the Institute of Neurodegenerative Diseases in Bordeaux on a research project validated by the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the University of Bordeaux.
From masseurs, we want to take on a more rewarding role, that of fascia specialist, a key practitioner able to act on several levels to offer deep balance.
Whether you’re a paramedical or wellness practitioner, our training courses provide you with the tools for a more complete and personalized practice.
Our 3 types of training courses
Courses for the face
In wellness therapies and practices, the face is often neglected, even though it is at the heart of physical and emotional tensions.. Nos Our specialised treatments enable you to tackle this area effectively, working on both relaxation and aesthetics.
We combine modern fasciatherapy with ancient knowledge to offer techniques that can be applied immediately, aimed at treating physical pain while actively involving the client. Each treatment becomes a positive and enriching experience.
Our training courses include natural Japanese lifting and masterclasses, such as lymphatic work with suction cups to detoxify the skin, as well as work in the oral sphere to relieve hidden pains, and many others.
Courses for the body
Are you wondering whether it's possible to use massage techniques to relieve mental stress, or even ‘massage the brain’? Or if there are new techniques for relieving pressure on the back, shoulders and neck, or for lymphatic drainage of the body without damaging the tissues? Innovative fields such as fasciatherapy and neuroscience offer us precious keys to going far beyond simple physical relief, to deepening the art of touch and developing targeted, effective and immediately applicable treatment protocols
Online training
For healthcare practitioners and therapeutic wellness specialists around the world who cannot travel easily, we have designed short masterclasses, available in LIVE or stand-alone formats, offering a rich and interactive learning experience.. Les sessions The LIVE sessions allow direct interaction with the trainers, while the stand-alone courses give you the flexibility to learn at your own pace.
These courses, which complement our classroom sessions, are specially designed to provide concrete and immediately applicable tools for wellness practitioners and paramedical professionals in their day-to-day practice. Topics covered include palpatory anatomy, fascia knowledge and the art of Japanese massage.. Nos masterclasses incluent également des modules sur la psychology of patients and clients, to better understand and circumvent the behavioural biases that can hinder their progress.

Our vision and mission
At the Takumi Finch Institute, our vision is clear: to combine tried-and-tested ancestral techniques with neuroscientific breakthroughs for a complete approach to well-being. Because preserving ancient wisdom is as enriching for our institute and our community as being open to scientific advances.
In practical terms, in our practice, we refine traditions, giving them greater meaning, infusing them with contemporary knowledge and practices to maximize their effectiveness. It is this combination that makes our wellness care methods not only a means of general soothing, but also a genuine contributor to overall well-being.
Our strength lies in the fact that we have built up a community of specialists whose feedback and own expertise provide a diverse and enriching forum for exchange and debate.
Gain that inner confidence that allows you to assert yourself in your role and contribute effectively to your area of expertise. Feel legitimate.
