Myofascial techniques
These courses are not retraining courses, but demanding advanced training for practitioners wishing to refine their tissue awareness and master advanced techniques. They require expert dexterity, the ability to feel and adjust each movement with extreme finesse.
We aim to awaken your curiosity, stimulate your desire for precision, and give you concrete tools to enrich your practice. Each session is a sensory and anatomical exploration that will lead you to rethink your approach to care.
Chronic tension and acute pain
Myofascias play a key role in regulating physical tension. When functioning optimally, they distribute mechanical forces throughout the body, enabling fluid mobility and balanced posture. However, physical trauma, repetitive movements or prolonged stress can unbalance this network, causing chronic tension or acute pain. Chronic pain is often the result of rigidities found in myofascias, while acute pain can be linked to punctual blockages or inflammation. These tensions, if not released, can alter posture and restrict movement, creating a vicious circle of pain and restriction.
Emotions and their impact on fascia
Fascias, among other things, are extremely sensitive to the physiological impact of emotions. A negative thought generates intense stress, which triggers a series of physiological and anatomical reactions: a hunched back, shortened breathing, a racing heart, or tension in the neck and shoulders. These bodily responses are often protective mechanisms, designed to cope with a perceived threat. However, once the emotion has passed, the body can remain stuck in this posture, in this state of alert, as if the message that the danger has passed had not been received. The fascias record these reactions and register this protective posture. This can lead to chronic pain, restricted movement or persistent hyper-vigilance.Our à la carte training courses
