Back, shoulders and neck
Presentation
It’s not massage, but work on myofascial tissues. Over 4 intense days, immerse yourself in neuroscience and pain perception. An ultra-complete training course, rich in clear anatomical knowledge and unprecedented techniques for deep, long-lasting relaxation.
Nervous and muscular tension, aggravated by the accumulation of pain, can become chronic over time. Manual well-being therapies aim to release nervous tension and restore internal harmony. The solutions and relaxation they induce lie on the borderline between the worlds of psychology and rehabilitation.
The engineering of this course is based on an understanding of the science of touch, in order to personalize care and respond as effectively as possible to the needs and expectations of individuals. We will focus on developing the sense of touch rather than systematically reproducing protocols.
We base our work on the recognized techniques of shiatsu, myo-fascia therapy and triggers, as well as work on releasing the breath and the solar plexus.
An approach to the fundamental principles of Chinese and Japanese energetics will be included to address the notion of emotional release. In particular, we’ll look at the bladder meridian and the theory of Yin and Yang.
To reinforce your skills, the examples given in our courses are based on our experience of situations encountered in consultations.
