The Ancestral Japanese Lifting Practitioner training course represents the first level of our Ancestral Japanese Lifting method. It is based on the gestures, methodology and techniques used in Takumi Finch treatments.
This training is part of a program to develop skills in aesthetics, well-being or natural health. Its content is centered on learning the fundamental gestures of Ancestral Japanese Lifting and the holistic vision of a wellness treatment. The aim is to train practitioners in manual wellness techniques, working in health centers, wellness masseur practices and beauty salons.
Level 1 comprises 106 hours of training, including 7 days of classroom-based training with 8 hours of teaching per day, i.e. 56 hours of classroom-based training and 50 hours of e-learning (asynchronous mode). It is based on 6 manual practice protocols, supported by theoretical and explanatory content and, above all, supervision and monitoring by the teacher.

Aurore Pabiszak, director of Naturo & Ko. Aurore is a graduate of the Institut and, after several years’ practice of our massages, has completed our training as a trainer. She is closely supported by Sandrine Takumi Finch and the Institut to ensure the same high standards of training as those offered at our other sites.

Once Level 1 has been validated, certification as an Ancestral Japanese Lifting Practitioner will be awarded. This valid and important certification in the professionalisation of a therapeutic well-being practitioner remains a private certification.
