Objectives

Transform your practice with the ancient art of Japanese lifting. Learn tried-and-tested techniques such as Kobido, Kyo Ku Té and facial Shiatsu, to give your customers visible, stunning results!

The Ancestral Japanese Lifting Practitioner training course is the first level of our Ancestral Japanese Lifting method. It is based on the gestures, methodology and techniques used in Takumi Finch treatments. This course is designed to help you develop your skills in aesthetics, well-being and natural health. Its content is centered on learning the fundamental gestures of Ancestral Japanese Lifting and the holistic vision of a wellness treatment. The aim is to train practitioners in manual wellness techniques, working in health centers, wellness masseur practices and beauty salons.

Course

Level 1 comprises 106 hours of training, including 7 days of classroom-based training with 8 hours of teaching per day, i.e. 56 hours of classroom-based training and 50 hours of e-learning (asynchronous mode). It is based on 6 manual practice protocols, supported by theoretical and explanatory content and, above all, supervision and monitoring by the teacher.

  • Mastering the massage techniques
  • The practitioner’s posture
  • Basic anatomy and physiology
  • 6 intervention protocols
