Working the lymphatic system helps, above all, to combat water retention and boost the body’s detoxification process. In this Masterclass, we will work in a standing position, to the right of the subject, following a three-phase protocol. We’ll start by opening up the upper body, ventrally and dorsally. We will continue with the entire network of the throat, neck, and sub-clavicular area; these regions concentrating the 2⁄3 chains of the body’s lymphatic system. We finish with manoeuvres dedicated to the face. The many benefits of this protocol are felt both aesthetically and metabolically. It helps to deeply drain dark circles and swelling around the face. It refines and detoxifies the face and throat. In terms of the body’s general metabolism, it helps relieve headaches, nausea and cystitis, among other symptoms. Of course, this protocol cannot be combined with medical treatment, nor can it replace the advice of a medical practitioner. This protocol falls within the sphere of Well-being with a more therapeutic vision. This protocol can be used to complement your own treatments, or to offer a specific facial drainage treatment. This Masterclass is open to all. For those who have taken the Kobido Specialist training, these manoeuvres are not Kobido gestures and can therefore reinforce your work as a facial specialist with complementary gestures and a more specific protocol. For other audiences, this series of easy-to-learn movements will provide you with a specific protocol for the cranial sphere. Our masterclasses are aimed at practitioners with at least 6 months’ experience in the field of massage, preferably in facial massage techniques. If you would like to take part in this course but your experience does not meet these requirements, please contact the Institute before enrolling.
