Butterfly stretch (Part I)

Objective:

To stretch the skin fibres of the orbital structure of the eye, in order to intensify the superficial drainage of the ocular ring and the pocket.

Description :

The stretching is done very lightly so as not to block the capillaries and blood capillaries

Actions on :

  • Fibroelastic plane: tarsus and septum
  • Superficial muscular plane: orbicular muscle
  • Deep muscular plane: muscles and retractors
  • Angles: canthus.

Gestures :

  • Butterfly opening of the hands, with movements of the index and middle fingers.
  • Thumbs resting on the face to stabilise the movement.
  • Adjust the position of your fingers so that they remain on the cheekbone.
